We performed an extensive customer analysis to for the team at HMS Monaco. HMS Monaco is a multi-million dollar business run out of New Jersey. They have provided theme and amusement parks around the world with plush and electronic goods for the best part of 3 decades and boast an impressive customer base that’s based mostly in the US.
The management team wanted to get a better understanding of their customers’ behaviour including: how much they spent, avg. order size and value, and top performing products and categories for each customer.
The data was downloaded for us by the team at HMS and used Excel to clean, organise and analyse the customer info and supplement this with website data.
